Aim: proposal for the optimal organization and operational control of procurement in the rail passenger transport.

Partial goals

• roadmap for liberalization of passenger rail services and the organization of public tenders in the Czech Republic;
• proposal of concrete actions including a special regard to targets of the Czech transport policy;
• guidelines for control and regulatory measures to ensure compatibility with the objectives of liberalization and legislative rules of common EU policies and strategic objectives of the transport policy of the Czech Republic.
